the village

With your baby in your arms, your nervous system exhaling, and a circle of women ready to hold you.

A space
Rarely Seen

One that doesn’t ask you to leave pieces of yourself behind. Not your baby. Not your softness. Not your need to be nurtured, witnessed, and supported.

This is that space.

Nestled in the rolling embrace of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Wild Mamas is a sacred gathering for mothers and their babies.

A living, breathing experience of what it feels like to be held in community again. Here, your baby is not an afterthought. They are welcomed as part of the rhythm, the magic, the medicine.

this is for you if…

  • You are a new mother craving support + connection (Pregnant or Mother of non-mobile baby)

  • You desire to experience rest without separation from your child

  • You long to be surrounded by like-hearted women who understand

  • You’re ready to feel held, seen, and softened

imagine…

Waking slowly in a quiet mountain farmhouse, your baby nestled close. A warm, nourishing meal already prepared. Soft light pouring through the trees.

  • Morning grounding + baby-inclusive movement

  • Women’s circles filled with truth, laughter, and shared wisdom

  • Warm, nourishing meals (2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch, 2 Dinners)

  • Nature walks and slow wandering through mountain trails (and/or) towns

  • Space for rest, naps, and integration (encouraged, always)

  • Evenings by the fire, babies in arms, songs rising into dusk

why this retreat is different

Most retreats ask you to leave your child behind. This one honors that your motherhood is not separate from your wellness…It is the center of it.

You don’t have to choose between caring for yourself and caring for your baby. Here, you are supported in both.

Spots are limited to keep this container intimate and sacred. If your body feels a yes… trust it.
